By accessing, registering on, or using the dz22 platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, playing casino games, or making any financial transaction — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dz22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the dz22 platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all versions and interfaces of the dz22 platform, including the website accessible at dz22.net, any mobile-optimised interface, and any future applications made available to users. Use of the dz22 platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Access to and use of the dz22 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of account use:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration. dz22 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on dz22.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion programme, whether through dz22 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming service, at the time of registration or at any time during active account use.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of dz22 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Registration Process

To create a dz22 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the dz22 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dz22 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. dz22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dz22 support immediately at [email protected]. dz22 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

KYC Verification

dz22 operates under Know Your Customer obligations as part of its commitment to anti-money laundering compliance and responsible gaming standards. All users are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

All financial transactions on the dz22 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits

• Deposits made via EasyPaisa and JazzCash are credited to your dz22 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may require up to two (2) hours to reflect, subject to banking processing times.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. dz22 does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
• All deposit sources must be in your own name. dz22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes for EasyPaisa and JazzCash, subject to account verification status and any applicable wagering requirements being satisfied.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is subject to the limits communicated through the dz22 account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account. dz22 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal account activity.
• dz22 does not process withdrawal requests where outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds remain unsatisfied.

dz22 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion states otherwise in writing.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Standard wagering requirements are communicated at the time each bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through completion of the stated wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a dz22 account at any given time unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• dz22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion. Players who have accepted an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or refunded do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet limits apply when bonus funds are active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All bets and gaming activity on the dz22 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual products — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, esports, and Crash Goal — are available within each product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. dz22 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform.
• dz22 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a system error, data feed error, or human error in odds compilation.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, dz22's decision — based on official result sources — is final and binding.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. dz22 may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• For cricket betting, official match results are determined by reference to the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, or equivalent). Rain-affected matches are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. dz22 does not manipulate game outcomes and maintains verifiable RNG certification records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dz22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balances where permitted under applicable law:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Use of the dz22 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploitation of software errors, platform glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the dz22 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sporting events listed on the dz22 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the dz22 platform's source code, software, or proprietary content.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at dz22 staff or other users through any channel.

dz22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity safely. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered dz22 users at no charge through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dz22 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from dz22.
• Framing or linking to the dz22 platform in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorisation.
• Use of the dz22 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing or promotional material without prior written approval.
• Scraping, data-mining, or extraction of odds, content, or user data from the dz22 platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of dz22's intellectual property may give rise to legal action. dz22 reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, dz22 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors that did not originate from wilful misconduct by dz22.
• Temporary or extended unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond dz22's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security measures or notify dz22 of a suspected breach in a timely manner.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sports results and in-play betting markets.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the dz22 platform.

Where dz22's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, dz22's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dz22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by dz22.
• Account activity that triggers dz22's anti-money laundering or fraud detection systems.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the user or their payment provider.
• Determination that the account holder is below the minimum age of 21.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds and pending withdrawal amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the user's verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Funds associated with accounts closed for fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited activity may be forfeited in their entirety.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body designated by dz22's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
